What a Legend…..!!! I contacted DETALIA via message they were straight back to me in no time with not only pricing but advice on how to deal with the dredded “denim paint” on the bike. We organised a date and time and date, when the date rolled around my lift had fallen through, they took the time to give me a lift back home after drop off. I received progress pictures throughout the day and a convenient message to advise the bike was finished. Upon arrival to pick up I realised I had forgotten my helmet, they were only too happy to help lending me one to get me home. It is rare to find the level of detail to which there work exceedes let alone the friendly customer service and price for all of this I have in the past paid double only to be treated a lot worse!! I will be back again and again, in fact am already in the process of organising my wife’s bike to get the DETALIA treatment. Do yourself a favour and give them a holla.
