3. Cancellations and Rescheduling - Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. - Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities - Please ensure your vehicle is available at the agreed time and location. - Remove personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. - We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

5. Service Limitations - While we aim for high standards, some imperfections may remain due to the age or condition of the vehicle. - We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition poses a risk to staff or equipment.

6. Warranty and Liability - Ceramic coatings come with a care guide and optional maintenance plan. - Warranty is void if aftercare instructions are not followed. - We are not liable for damages caused by third-party products or neglect after service.

7. Intellectual Property All content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned by Detailia or used with permission. Do not reuse without written consent.
